Director and Chair, Karin, has more than 30 years experience in the public and private sectors and has held executive leadership positions in the areas of financial management, strategic planning , enterprise risk management and Board governance. Karin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has received the ICD.D certification. In addition to her role with Tradex, she has also served on the Board of WaterAid Canada, and Big Sisters of Ottawa.
